The hiagenic level is very good, kind staff, new wellness centre, tasty food, good location.

That I had access to the adjoining nice Hotel Sava.

Everything. These people are cheats. This is two attached hotels; one is the 5star Hotel Sava and the other is the antiquated 1star Hotel Zagreb. They advertise it using the facade of the former. You enter the fancy hotel and then they take you to your room in this dump. The room we got was filthy with open food strewn all over. They apologized that the room hadn't been cleaned by 7pm. Gave us another room with only a/c as tiny little blower on the floor. We had to keep the window open. We were above their restaurant Kaiser which was closed for a wedding thus couold not eat there. Loud music for wedding played until 3 am. By the time we discovered all this all the restaurants in hotel were now closed. They did give us a bottle of wine and leftovers from the kitchen to eat dinner in our room. The staff was very snarky and not friendly. The name "Hotel Zagreb" is a fraud and should be removed from your website. Worst experience in all our bookings through Slovenia.

Located near the medical center and the Donat spring, this hotel has a convenient location. the rooms are generally clean, quiet, and comfortable. the restaurant serves tasty and healthy food, including delicious desserts and fruits. the friendly staff provides excellent service.

Some of the hotel equipment is outdated and lacks proper upkeep, leading to uncleanliness in some areas.

The pool and spa services were very nice.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in a small friendly village near the border of Croatia. The location was perfect, right at the end of a beautiful park and at the foot of forest hills with amazing walking trails. The surroundings were magical, with blooming flowers and a lovely scent in the air. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, and tea and coffee making facilities.

We also appreciated the free guided hikes and the close proximity to a medical center. the amenities offered in the spa were very helpful in terms of relaxation and unwinding after a busy day.

The swimming pool was too small and asymmetric, and the carpets in the rooms were not preferable. We also encountered issues with smoking guests leaving their rooms smelling like cigarettes, which was unpleasant.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a good experience staying at a luxury hotel with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. The food was delicious, and the spa services were impressive.

The price for the rooms was quite expensive, and the size of the mini bar was quite small. there were some minor issues with the room's decor, and some of the amenities were outdated.
